If you decide to contact us, we will first let you know our current timeline. Providing this is ok, we will gather as much information as possible from you to provide you with a rough estimate.
Hopefully you are still happy then we can arrange a visit to your home. A member of our team will meet you when convenient to take measurements, showcase various samples and briefly discuss your design ideas. This will allow us to send you an accurate quote in return.
Providing you are happy to proceed we then send a 30% deposit fee. Once received we will get back to you with estimated dates convenient for all. We then begin to work on your plans and draw your visuals for your approval.
6 weeks prior to your install date we will arrange a return to your home. This is when we finalise all colours, hardware specifications and have a thorough measure. Another 50% payment is also due as we begin to manufacture your projects.
Contact will be made a week or so prior to an exact install date to arrange the installation and to inform you the time we estimate to take in your home. Once happy the remaining 20% balance will then be due.
